Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC seeks a CT Technologist to join a top rural hospital in Miles City, MT. The role requires Montana CRT certification with ARRT registration, BLS, and mammography readiness or willingness to obtain within 12 months. Two shifts available with day and evening/night options; relocation/sign-on and full benefits offered.

Experience preferred but not required for the right candidate, with a supportive team and opportunities to expand into mammography.

Qualifications

• Requires Montana CRT certification and ARRT registration.
• Mammography certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
• Current BLS certification is mandatory.
• One year of prior CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce cross sectional images to assist radiologists.
• Administer/prepare contrast media and assist during procedures as needed.
• Verify patient identity, explain examinations, and position patients accordingly.
• Apply radiation safety practices and maintain equipment readiness.
• Stock rooms, manage inventory, and perform PACS-related tasks.
• Contribute to quality control and QA studies.

Education

Montana CRT certification

ARRT registration

Mammography certification (or willing within 12 months)

BLS certification

1 year clinical CT experience preferred
