Job summary

Emerson Health in Massachusetts is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams, ensure high-quality imaging, and contribute to accurate diagnoses. The role reports to the CT Section Leader and emphasizes patient care, safety, and adherence to imaging standards.

This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and requires ARRT registration with Massachusetts licensure, BLS, and CT-specific qualifications. Day/evening shifts and a 12:00 PM–9:30 PM schedule are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology is required.
• One or more years of CT Technologist experience preferred.
• Current ARRT (R) registration required.
• Current advanced CT registration or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist licensure required.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of diagnostic CT examinations safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Produce high-quality CT images to aid physicians in diagnosis.
• Apply knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and medical terminology to imaging.
• Perform IV procedures and administer iodinated contrast media per ACR guidelines.
• Operate CT imaging equipment and related clinical technology.
• Document and manage imaging information using PACS, HIS/RIS, and other systems.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, technologists, and the healthcare team.
• Follow established clinical, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
