Job summary

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital Needham, Inc. is seeking a CT Radiology Technologist to perform CT exams and support X-ray operations under the Radiology Department. The role requires ARRT Radiography certification, CT technologist licensure in Massachusetts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Highlights include a $7,500 sign-on bonus eligible and full-time employment with hours over 30 per week. Per diem roles are excluded.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• MA Licensed in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
• ARRT in Radiography.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• MA Licensure and imaging technology certifications.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Follows departmental guidelines and protocols in performance of all procedures in diagnostic radiology and CT.
• Follows scheduling and documentation protocols and maintains accurate records.
• Performs quality control on equipment.
• Greets patients, provides exam education, and delivers medical records to Radiologist.
• Prepares, administers and documents contrast material/injection information.
