Job summary

Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. is seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join St. Luke’s CT Imaging Team. You will work with state-of-the-art GE scanners and participate in a wide range of imaging studies, joining an experienced team across experience levels.

Second shift, Monday–Friday, with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts starting at 11:00 AM. Weekend rotation about every 5th weekend and required call. Sign-on bonus eligible for this role.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond High School in Radiologic Technology.
• Experience not required; ability to learn CT procedures quickly.
• Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and radiation safety.
• Familiarity with RIS and CT scanner operations.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to perform diagnostic procedures including scanning and basic post-processing.
• Obtains patient history and verifies orders for exam accuracy.
• Positions patients, ensures safety and applies radiation protection measures.
• Administers contrast under Radiologist direction and assists with techniques.
• Posts and labels images and documents billing codes and study info.
