Job summary

St. Luke's Weekend Program CT Technologist is sought to join our imaging team. You will operate state-of-the-art GE CT scanners and support a variety of studies in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers Fri/Sat/Sun 1930-0800 with a weekend differential and a sign-on bonus eligibility. No prior experience required; completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program is expected.

Qualifications

• Radiography license in Wisconsin.
• RT registration with ARRT.
• CT registration within 18 months.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment for basic/intermediate diagnostic procedures.
• Perform imaging across body regions with or without contrast.
• Obtain medical history and verify orders for exam accuracy.
• Position patient and adjust scanning factors while maintaining radiation safety.
• Administer contrast under Radiologist direction.
• Provide measurements and post-process images with proper labeling.
• Document workflow and billing codes in the radiology information system.
• Identify equipment issues and perform QA/calibration tests.
• Report malfunctions and evaluate new products/equipment.
• Assist in patient handling and transfer with proper technique.
• Ensure age-appropriate care and align with department policies.
