Qualifications
Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
Registered Technologist (RT) by ARRT required.
CT registration by ARRT to be obtained within 18 months.
BLS certification to be obtained within 6 months.
Responsibilities
Operates CT equipment for diagnostic imaging.
Obtains patient medical history for exam accuracy.
Positions patients and ensures radiation safety.
Prepares contrast media under Radiologist guidance.
Maintains records according to regulatory standards.
