Job summary

Ideal candidates hold CRT in MT with ARRT, Mammography certification or plan to obtain within 12 months, and current BLS. One year of CT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CRT in MT and ARRT registration required
• Certified to perform Mammography or willing to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Current BLS certification required
• One year of previous CT experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce cross sectional images for radiologists
• Administer/assist with contrast media and procedures as needed
• Identify patients, verify orders, explain exams and position patients
• Maintain radiation safety and proper room setup and supplies
• Support quality control, image management and PACS documentation
