Job summary

Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, KS is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to perform routine and specialized CT imaging in accordance with department standards. You will position patients, start IVs for contrast, assess image quality, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The role supports physicians with high-quality imaging to aid diagnosis. The position requires AMA accreditation, ARRT radiographer registration within 1 year, BCLS within 30 days, and CT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited program with a certificate or degree in Radiology Technology.
• CT technologist registered within 1 year of employment.
• ARRT registered radiographer within 1 year of start date.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Two years CT experience preferred with CT training.
• On-call ability to report within 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Position and assist patients on the CT table with care.
• Start IVs for contrast when needed.
• Assess image quality and adjust as required.
• Provide post-procedure instructions to patients.
• Prepare room and sterilize equipment between patients.
