Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (CT) PRN to provide high-quality imaging services across departments. The role requires adapting to varying shifts and ensuring patient safety and comfort during exams.

You will prepare equipment, position patients, perform CT procedures, verify orders, maintain sterility, and contribute to department quality control while delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Radiologic Technology program graduate and ARRT eligible/credentialed.
• Experience or ability to perform CT procedures and radiographic exams.
• Strong communication with patients and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Verifies orders, obtains patient history, and reviews for contraindications.
• Prepares equipment, positions patient, and conducts CT exams safely.
• Maintains sterile technique and infection control throughout procedures.
• Monitors patient status, explains procedures, and ensures comfort.
• Reviews images, documents results, and assists with quality control.
