Job summary

Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a CT Technologist for PRN/registry duties. You will operate CT equipment and power injectors to acquire diagnostic scans, support interventional radiology procedures, and ensure patient safety and sterile technique.

Candidates should be ARRT-registered, with CT experience and BLS certification; advanced CT certification preferred. Emory offers comprehensive benefits, mentorship, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and at a minimum be registered with the ARRT.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience, with one (1) year in CT.
• Advanced certification in CT preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment, power injectors, and other medical equipment to produce scans (x-rays) for diagnostic and invasive procedures.
• Provides quality care to the patients receiving diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
• Prepares the patients with proper sterile technique.
• Communicates patient needs and responses through appropriate verbal and written correspondence.
• Ensures documentation is complete and accurate regarding all aspects of patient care.

ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist

BLS Certification

2+ years CT experience

Advanced CT certification (preferred)
