Job summary

Texas Health is seeking a CT Technologist on a PRN, as-needed basis for the Flower Mound location.

Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures, ensuring quality and accuracy, and providing compassionate patient care while operating and maintaining CT equipment. The role requires ARRT-CT certification and accredited Radiologic Technology training, with BCLS in place before independent patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology upon hire.
• Associate's Degree preferred or REQUIRED.
• 1 year radiologic technologist experience without ARRT-CT is preferred or required.
• ARRT CT certification required; ARRT CT with radiologic technician experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures with focus on quality and processing.
• Provide patient care throughout imaging procedures.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
• Maintain professional accountability and collaborate with the care team.

Here’s What You Need

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology upon hire
• REQUIRED or Associate's Degree preferred
• 1 Year radiologic technologist w/out ARRT-CT
• REQUIRED or No experience w/ARRT-CT
• REQUIRED ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists R
• Upon Hire REQUIRED and ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT (w/no radiology technician exp)
• Upon Hire REQUIRED or ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT (w/1 year radiology technician exp) 12 Months REQUIRED and CMRT - Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist
• Upon Hire REQUIRED and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly REQUIRED
