Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT exams. This PRN position supports varied shifts, with responsibilities including infection control, accurate documentation in EMR/PACS, and patient education to ensure timely exam completion.

Responsibilities

• Shift Information: PRN hours will vary on all shifts and weekends.
• Address: AdventHealth Winter Park 200 N Lakemont Ave, Winter Park FL.
• Practicing infection control standards and using approved PPE and disinfectant agents.
• Follows department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time-out procedures prior to starting exams.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems.
• Educates patients about the exam and completes all exams in a timely manner, maintaining workflow.

Job Description:

Education:

• Associate [Preferred]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Work Experience:

• 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of CT training program [Preferred]
