Job summary

HCA Florida JFK North Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to support Radiology services in West Palm Beach, FL. Under supervision, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure safe operation of radiology equipment, and uphold ALARA standards while maintaining professional rapport with staff.

The role requires ARRT certification and BLS within 30 days of starting; fingerprint checks are part of the onboarding process.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Fingerprint Required

Job Summary and Qualifications

Under the direction of the Radiology Director or Radiology Supervisor, performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying ionizing radiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Regulates the equipment used to expose the x-ray film, develops and organizes films. Operates equipment safely and maintains ALARA standards while performing all types of procedures within the scope of the A.R. R.T. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medical staff.
