Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to join the Imaging Department. You will perform CT procedures for inpatients and outpatients, maintaining high standards of quality and patient care while working with the radiology team.

Required ARRT registration, Florida state licensure, and BLS; CT experience preferred. This PRN role supports a busy center that performs cardiovascular, oncologic, and neurological imaging.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) required; CT preferred.
• Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree in Radiology Technology.
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures for inpatients and outpatients with attention to quality and quantity.
• Establish and maintain rapport with staff, other departments, and medical staff.
• Operate CT imaging equipment according to department protocols and safety standards.
• Support Imaging Department goals and patient care standards.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs those duties directly involved with the completion of all requested procedures of the Imaging Department with regards to Quality and Quantity, providing services to all inpatients and outpatients of all age groups. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and medical staff.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) required; (CT) preferred
• Vocational School Graduate, or Associate Degree in Radiology Technology
• Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
