Job summary

HCA Florida JFK Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures across all age groups and populations. The role requires ARRT-R/Radiography credentials and an appropriate radiologic technology certification, with patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics.

The successful candidate will work within department policies and protocols, ensuring quality standards and patient safety while contributing to a fast-paced healthcare team in Palm Beach County.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification preferred.
• RT Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer certification required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform all diagnostic radiology procedures per departmental policy and protocols across neonate to geriatric populations.
• Demonstrate competency based on assigned area and adapt to patient growth and development.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Perform all diagnostic radiology procedures according to departmental policy and protocols to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations, demonstrating competency based upon the area of assignment; as well as the ability to work with the patient's growth and development based upon their specific population group, and meets standards of quality as measured by the QLP process.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-R) Radiography
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Associate Degree, or High School Graduate / GED
