Job summary

Centerpoint Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, invites qualified CT Technologists to join on a PRN basis. You will perform routine and specialized CT imaging, ensuring image quality and patient safety.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, IV access when needed, post-procedure instructions, and strict aseptic technique in a fast-paced environment. Required qualifications include AMA-accredited training or radiology degree, ARRT/CT registrations within 1 year, BCLS within 30 days,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited program with certificate in Radiology Technology, or hold a radiology degree.
• CT technologist registration must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• ARRT radiographer registration must be obtained within 1 year of start date.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• Two years of experience preferred with additional CT training.
• On-call required with ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes of call back.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures in the application of ionizing radiation in accordance with the established professional and departmental standards. The CT Tech provides high-quality computerized tomography images of the used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. What you will do in this role:

• You will compassionately assist and position patients on CT table.

What qualifications you will need:

• Prefer Graduate of an accredited AMA program with a certificate or Prefer degree in Radiology Technology.
• Registered Computerized Tomography Technician (CT) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• Two years of experience preferred with additional training in CT scanning.
• On Call Required and must have the ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes of call back.
