Summary:

This position is accountable for performing quality CT imaging through the application of advanced technical knowledge while maintaining strict attention to patient care. The role requires providing expertise for all ages, from neonatal/newborn to adults, with patient acuity ranging from stable outpatients to critically ill patients on full life support.

We are looking for PRN candidates with flexible availability to help cover weekend evenings, overnight shifts, and occasional weekdays.

Education and Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited program in Radiological Technology
• CT Registry required upon hire; minimum of 1 year Pediatric CT experience preferred
• Clinical expertise and competency in cross-sectional anatomy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle critical care situations, which can create a high level of stress

Certification/Licensure:

• Must be ARRT (CT) registered or obtain ARRT (CT) certification within 18 months of hire
• Texas licensed Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist
• BLS Certified
