Job Summary and Qualifications

Required to participate in call and holiday rotations.

Performs high-quality CT scans on all ages under the guidance of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe, therapeutic diagnostic environment following practice standards and radiation safety guidelines, including monitoring. Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities. Assists in Diagnostic Radiology as needed. Other duties as assigned. Follows the ALWAYS Values of HCA.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in an acute care facility preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
• State Registered Radiologic Technician.
• Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
• High School Graduate / GED.
