Qualifications

• Current BLS certification is required.
• ARRT Radiography certification (ARRT) is required.

• LSRTBE CT certification in Louisiana is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical skills in CT equipment usage, protocols, and high-quality imaging.
• Prepare patients for studies with education and reassurance to ease anxiety.
• Position patients per study and apply immobilization and radiation safety standards.
• Recognize and address emergent problems and consult radiologists as needed.
