Qualifications
Must have 1 to 3 years of CT experience with routine imaging techniques.
RT(R) certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required.
Connecticut State License required.
CPR Certification preferred.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
Perform CT exams using appropriate imaging protocols independently.
Assist with scheduling and patient preparation instructions.
Provide compassionate patient care and ensure comfort.
Ensure effective communication with radiologists and technical staff.
Perform daily operations of CT scanners safely and efficiently.
Teach and assist in expanding knowledge of others.
