Job summary

Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a CT Technologist (Harmonized) at Clermont Hospital to perform CT procedures and provide direct patient care with compassion.

You will ensure image quality, assist radiologists, maintain IT systems like PACS, and participate in on-call rotations. Applicants should have ARRT certification and BLS, with 1 year experience preferred; Mercy Health offers strong benefits and professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an ARRT accredited institute (preferred).
• State Licensure (preferred, unless required by state).
• ARRT Certification and Registration in Diagnostic Radiology (required).
• Advanced modality registration in CT, ARRT (preferred, or must obtain within two years).
• 1 year of CT or Rad Tech experience (preferred).
• BLS Basic Life Support (required at hire for some locations; preferred at hire, required prior to independent patient care).

Responsibilities

• Assures the quality of all images and confirms patient data.
• Performs computed tomography procedures.
• Performs timeout per policy.
• Properly positions patients and immobilizes during CT procedures.
• Makes radiation exposures per physician request and patient history.
• Performs IV injections and manages contrast agents.
• Assists radiologist with biopsies and drainage procedures.
• Maintains CT IT systems including Radiant and PACS.
• Participates in on-call rotation.
