Mercy Health in Youngstown, OH seeks a CT Technologist for Diagnostic Imaging to perform CT procedures, ensure image quality, and support patient care. The role requires ARRT certification in CT, BLS as appropriate, and strong attention to detail.

You will work with Radiology staff, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to a compassionate patient care team. Responsibilities include positioning patients, administering contrast per protocol, and maintaining PACS/Radiant IT systems.

Qualificações

• 1 year of CT or Rad Tech experience preferred.
• ARRT Diagnostic Radiology certification/registration required.
• Advanced modality registration in CT ARRT preferred or must obtain within two years.
• State licensure preferred unless required by the state where the job is performed.

Responsabilidades

• Assures image quality and verifies correct patient data.
• Performs computed tomography procedures.
• Positions and immobilizes patients for accurate imaging.
• Administers IV contrast per procedures and uses radiographic agents safely.
• Assists radiologist with biopsies and drainage using sterile technique.
• Maintains knowledge of CT IT systems (Radiant, PACS).
• Participates in on-call rotation as required.
