Job summary

Mercy Health in Fairfield, OH, is seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT scans and provide direct patient care with compassion and timeliness. You will support radiologists, verify data, and maintain imaging quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires ARRT registration in Diagnostic Radiology, BLS, and preferred CT modality registration within two years. Prior CT or radiology experience is welcomed, with on-call rotation occasional.

Qualifications

• 1 year of CT or Radiology Technologist experience preferred.
• Associate degree; ARRT accreditation preferred; CT modality registration preferred or within 2 years.
• BLS certification required at hire; state licensure preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure image quality and verify patient data for accurate CT scans.
• Perform computed tomography procedures and adhere to safety protocols.
• Position patients correctly and manage immobilization for precise imaging.
• Administer contrast agents as ordered and monitor patient response.
• Assist radiologists with procedures using sterile technique.
• Maintain CT IT systems knowledge, including PACS and Radiant.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
