Responsibilities

1. The CT Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and is responsible for providing high-quality images.
2. Supports the Radiologist by assisting in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
3. Responsible for processing and transmitting images to PACS.

Qualifications

1. At least one year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
2. Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment is required.
3. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
4. Graduation from a program accredited by ARRT.
5. Radiology license and fluoroscopy permit as required by the state.
6. Effective July 1, 2015, CT ARRT Certification is required.
7. Must maintain BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire.
8. Proficient computer skills are necessary.
