Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• New York State and/or Connecticut licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• ARRT registration.
• Minimum of one year experience performing radiologic exams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for exam and explain procedure in lay terms.
• Perform radiologic exams per standards; position patient and set up immobilization as needed.
• Label and file images correctly; ensure proper dating and patient identification.
• Enter exam data into logs and maintain required records.
• Perform related duties as required.
