Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Graduation from AMA-approved radiography program.
• ARRT registered technologist in good standing.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist if applicable.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Ability to perform CT procedures independently with appropriate training.
• Certification in imaging specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to acquire diagnostic images.
• Position patients and explain procedures to ensure proper scans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and minimize radiation exposure.
• Document patient data and images in Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Assist with imaging protocol maintenance and equipment housekeeping.
