Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Boca Raton, Florida, seeks a CT Technologist to provide patient-centered scanning services and ensure excellent customer support. The role requires a High School diploma, graduation from an AMA approved radiography school, and ARRT registration. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Qualifications

• High School diploma, or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
• ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Sufficient training and experience to competently perform CT procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered scanning services.
• Screen patients before exams for precautions.
• Explain and prepare patients for scanning procedures.
• Perform routine and advanced scanning procedures.
• Support patients throughout the procedure.
• Maintain records within the Radiology Information System.

Schedule

This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week schedule working Monday through Friday 12:00 pm–9:00 pm. It includes a generous shift differential and no on‑call requirement.

Job Summary

Taking a patient‑centered approach, you will provide scanning services within professional standards and with excellent customer service.

• Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination.
• Explains and prepares patients for scanning imaging procedures that will be performed.
• Performs routine and advanced scanning imaging procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians.
• Provides patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure.
• Adjusts scanning parameters correctly and as needed, utilizing dose‑reduction techniques as appropriate.
• Accurately maintains patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).

Required

1. High School diploma, or equivalent.
2. Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
3. ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
4. Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
