Job summary

Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital is seeking a part-time CT Technologist to perform diagnostic CT exams with a commitment to ALARA principles. You will play a vital role in turning imaging into diagnoses, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The position supports a 20-hour workweek, with day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and every-other weekend duties in Dearborn, MI. A JRCERT-accredited radiography program and ARRT CT registration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in radiography (JRCERT-accredited).
• 1 year minimum experience; 1–3 years preferred beyond staff radiographer.
• CRT- Radiologic Technologist Registration (ARRT) upon hire.
• CRT- Computed Tomography (CT) Registration preferred; BLS required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostic CT exams following ALARA principles.
• Turn detailed CT images into life-changing diagnoses for patients.
• Adhere to regulations and radiology department policies.
• Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure quality imaging and safety.

Scope of work

As a CT Technologist with Corewell Health, you can turn detailed images into life-changing diagnoses. You'll be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree or equivalent Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
• 1 year of relevant experience 1-3 years' experience beyond staff radiographer level. Preferred
• CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required
• CRT-Computed Tomography (CT) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Excludes team members hired prior to 2008. 1 Year required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required
