• ARRT eligible and ARRRT registered are required.
• Some scanning experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as patient advocate to meet patient and customer needs in a timely manner.
• Ensures timely scheduling of inpatients and outpatients.
• Provides education to patients before, during, and after exams.
• Maintains positive relationships with patients, departments, physicians, and associates.
• Reviews patient satisfaction data and suggests improvements.
• Resolves patient irritants and customer complaints.
• Submits self-evaluation and participates in quarterly satisfaction surveys.
