Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures on GE systems following procedures and protocols.
• Post-process images using reconstruction software.
• Address and resolve minor patient complaints; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate inpatient/outpatient scheduling for CT to optimize utilization.
• Perform QA tests to ensure image quality and equipment performance.
• Maintain equipment safety; perform daily tube warm-up and calibrations.
• Obtain patient history and prepare images for radiologist review.
• Charge for examinations and prepare images for interpretation.
• Start IVs and administer contrast; monitor patient condition.
