Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking a CT Technologist to operate CT equipment, power injectors and related imaging devices in a high-volume radiology setting at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital OPIC.

The role requires ARRT registration, 2 years of radiologic experience with at least 1 year in CT, and BLS certification. Advanced CT certification is preferred and CABG scheduling may apply. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology and ARRT registered.
• Minimum 2 years experience, with 1 year in CT.
• Advanced CT certification preferred.
• BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment, power injectors, and other medical equipment to produce scans for diagnostic procedures.
• Provides quality care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
• Prepares patients with proper sterile technique and ensures documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicates patient needs through verbal and written correspondence and minimizes radiation exposure.
