Job summary

BJC HealthCare System's Barnes Jewish Hospital is seeking a Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist (Days) to join the CAM CT Department on the 3rd Floor.

The role offers day shifts, no call or weekends, $5,000 sign-on for eligible candidates, and requires RT(R) or CT certification with CT experience preferred. Outpatient Oncology Dept, CT/X-Ray, and related imaging duties are included.

Qualifications

• Associate or trade school education or higher.
• Certification as RT(R) in Radiography and/or CT.
• 1 year CT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures.
• Perform CT studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards.

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of

diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
