Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time CT Advanced Modality Radiology Technologist for Day shifts at Barnes Jewish Hospital (St. Louis, MO). The role requires preparing patients and equipment, performing CT studies independently, and supporting outpatient oncology imaging.

Sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered for eligible candidates. Certification as a RT(R) and/or CT is preferred, with 1 year CT experience suggested.

• Associate or Trade School Equivalency or higher.
• RT(R) and/or CT certification required or preferred.
• 1 year CT experience – preferred.

Position Details

• Day Shift: Shift can be 4 x10’s (6:30am – 5pm) with day of to be determined if Tuesday or Thursday – or – 5 x 8’s shift Mon -Fri (8am -5pm)
• NO CALL, WEEKENDS, or Holidays!
• Outpatient Oncology Dept
• CT Advanced Modality Cat Scan Technologist position
• CT Radiology Technologist – Certified – preferred
• 1 year CT experience – preferred

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R) and/or CT

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (defined as Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment, and quality control.
