Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is hiring a CT Technologist for a contract role at a hospital in Hyannis, MA. You will perform CT imaging, ensure patient safety, and explain procedures while upholding high quality standards.

Requirements include ARRT Radiography certification, a state license, BLS (ACLS preferred), and 1–2 years CT experience. NOC shifts and a 14-week contract with extension potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure the safety of patients.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including appropriate radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
