Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a CT Technologist for a 14-week contract at a partnering hospital in Hyannis, Massachusetts. You will operate CT equipment to acquire diagnostic images and ensure patient safety while maintaining imaging standards.

Qualified candidates hold an ARRT credential with Radiography (R) and ideally CT certification, plus 1–2 years in radiologic tech roles and strong anatomy knowledge. This role offers comprehensive benefits and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R); CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license (if applicable).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience; prior CT imaging experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilize radiologic equipment and ensure patient safety.
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and obtain cooperation.
• Maintain radiation safety for patients and staff.
• Assess CT images for technical quality and accuracy.
