Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is hiring a CT Technologist for a 14-week contract at a partnering hospital in Hyannis, Massachusetts, offering 36 hours per week with NOC shifts available. Ideal candidates hold ARRT certification in Radiography (CT certification preferred), an active radiologic license if applicable, and 1–2 years of radiologic technologist experience, including CT imaging.

BLS is required; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred.
• Active state radiologic technologist license, if applicable.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist; prior CT imaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and CT imaging protocols.

Responsibilities

• Using computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Sterilizing radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety.
• Explaining scanning procedures to patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, including radiation protection practices.
• Evaluating CT scans to determine technical quality.
