Job summary

HCA Florida South Shore Hospital in Florida is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts. You will select factors, operate CT equipment, and ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

The role requires ARRT CT certification, active Florida CRT licensure, and BLS, with a minimum of 1 year CT experience in an acute-care setting. On-call duties may apply, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency with college/technical training.
• Valid ARRT CT certification.
• Active Florida DOH licensure (CRT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, squat, kneel, move and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Minimum 1 year CT Technologist experience in an acute-care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Select technical factors and perform diagnostic CT examinations accurately and compassionately.
• Operate CT scanner, injector, laser filmer, and teleradiology system with proficiency.
• Assist in contrast media administration and related procedures.
• Position and prepare patients ensuring modesty and safety.
• Document clinical information and obtain informed consent prior to exams.
