Job summary

AdventHealth in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking a CT Technologist to join our radiology team for a full-time night shift. You will perform CT exams, administer IV contrast, and ensure image quality and patient safety in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires ARRT radiography and CT certifications, BLS, and at least 1 year of radiology experience. You will document in EMR/PACS and collaborate with radiologists to deliver accurate diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Registered Technologist – Radiography RT(R)(ARRT) required.
• ARRT Computed Tomography CT certification required.
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) required.
• Certified Radiologic Tech (R.T.-CERT) required.
• 1+ years experience in radiology and CT training

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality CT examinations in accordance with orders and protocols.
• Operates imaging equipment safely, including scanners and monitors.
• Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines.
• Reviews patient history to verify exam appropriateness and contraindications.
• Maintains accurate documentation in EMR and PACS systems.
• Educates patients about exams and ensures timely completion while maintaining workflow.
