Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL is seeking a CT Technologist to perform CT exams, administer IV contrast, and ensure patient safety. You will work with radiologists and the care team to deliver high-quality imaging while upholding ALARA principles.

The role requires strong knowledge of CT protocols, PACS, and patient communication; a year of experience and ARRT CT certification preferred. On-site, night shift, benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ARRT CT certification and Florida licensing may apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations following provider orders.
• Prepare and administer IV contrast with patient safety in mind.
• Review patient history and ensure exam appropriateness.
• Maintain EMR/PACS documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team for continuity of care.
• Adhere to ALARA principles and radiation safety guidelines.
