Job summary

MetroHealth Radiology is seeking a CT Technologist for night shifts in a fast-paced environment. You will produce high-quality CT images across neuro, MSK, abdominothoracic and cardiac protocols and assist with CT-guided procedures such as biopsies and drain placements.

Responsibilities include patient scheduling, coordination, and educating patients to ensure understanding and comfort. Must maintain calm under pressure and collaborate with nurses, physicians and technologists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• ARRT CT credential or obtains within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or obtains within the standard probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality CT images across neuro, MSK, abdominothoracic and cardiac protocols.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Support CT scheduling and coordination for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients regarding procedures, equipment and examination to maintain understanding and comfort.
• Collaborate with radiologists and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
