AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality CT examinations, operate imaging equipment safely, and collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnosis and continuity of patient care.

You will follow ALARA, prepare IV contrast, review patient history, educate patients, and document in the EMR/PACS. Requires RT(R) license and BLS, with 1+ year radiology experience; strong communication with diverse patients is essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification preferred
• BLS certification required
• Proficiency in EMR/PACS and documentation
• Strong communication with diverse patients

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT exams per orders and protocols
• Prepare and monitor IV contrast and patient safety
• Review history to confirm exam appropriateness
• Educate patients about procedures and expected outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and PACS
• Collaborate with radiologists to ensure imaging quality and patient care
• Follow ALARA principles to minimize exposure
