Southeast Health is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic CT scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will prepare patients, operate CT equipment, and administer contrast media under radiologist review.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of CT protocols, ALARA radiation safety, and collaboration with physicians. A diagnostic imaging credential, ARRT/NMTCB registry within 12 months, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a diagnostic imaging program approved by ARRT/NMTCB.
• Must obtain ARRT or NMTCB CT registry within 12 months of hire.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Undergraduate degree completed.
• 3+ years CT scanning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic CT scans with patient safety in mind.
• Prepare patients, position them, and administer contrast media.
• Operate CT equipment and acquire clear images for radiologists.
• Ensure radiation safety and ALARA compliance.
• Document procedures, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain records.
