Job summary

Northern Nevada Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for a full-time role (36 hours per week) with night shift opportunities and a full benefits package. The technologist will perform a variety of imaging procedures in Surgery, Emergency Department, Pain Center and Imaging, while maintaining patient safety and adhering to policies and CQI activities.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; BS degree preferred.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Stand by/Call required.

Responsibilities

• Corroborating patient's clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available for use by the Radiologist.
• Preparing patients for procedures and verifies Correct patient, Correct parameters, correct protocol, Correct Imaging site, Correct exam.
