Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department on night shifts. The role focuses on producing high-quality CT images and assisting with CT-guided procedures in a fast-paced, trauma-informed environment.

Ideal candidates are ARRT-certified, with OH Radiographer licensure and BLS. The position includes a sign-on bonus for external applicants and cross-training opportunities within a premier Level One Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Registered Radiology Technologist with ARRT.
• ARRT CT credential or obtain within one year of employment.
• Valid Ohio Radiographer License (ODH).
• American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality CT images across neuro, MSK, abdomino-thoracic, and cardiac studies.
• Assist with CT-guided procedures including biopsies and drain placements.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for inpatients and outpatients.
• Educate patients about procedures and equipment to ensure comfort.
• Demonstrate on-the-spot critical thinking and effective communication.
