Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of radiology experience, ARRT in Radiography and CT, and BLS certification. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate documentation, and collaboration with staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Certification in Radiography and CT is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures per department guidelines.
• Operate imaging equipment safely and ensure diagnostic quality.
• Maintain infection control and room cleanliness.
• Verify orders and patient identifiers before exams.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions to reduce anxiety.
• Document studies accurately in RIS/PACS.
