Job summary

Duke PF seeks an experienced Computerized Tomography (CT) Technologist for a full-time position in Raleigh, NC. The role encompasses a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, focusing on emergency procedures.

Qualified candidates will operate CT scanners, ensure patient safety, assist in imaging procedures, and educate new technologists. This position includes a commitment bonus of $15,000 and offers career growth within the health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate or completion of program that meets eligibility requirements for registry/certification.
• Must obtain CT certification within 18 months of employment.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a CT technologist for Level II.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners.
• Position patients for CT scans using patient positioning devices.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and collate processed images.
