Job summary

Wellstar North Fulton Hospital in Roswell, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging and a compassionate patient experience. You will perform CT procedures, ensure patient safety, and support the imaging team in a busy radiology department.

The role requires completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and ARRT certificates, with at least 1 year of radiology experience. Expect a collaborative work environment and adherence to ALARA principles.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required.
• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT, and BLS as specified.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT procedures according to department guidelines while maintaining diagnostic quality and ALARA principles.
• Operate imaging/radiographic equipment safely and adjust techniques as needed.
• Explain procedures to patients, screen for contraindications, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Complete accurate documentation in RIS/PACS and coordinate with the care team.
• Maintain rooms and equipment, monitor patient condition, and respond to emergencies as required.
