Qualifications

• Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.

• Computed Tomography (CT) registration from ARRT within 18 months.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment for diagnostic procedures.
• Obtain patient medical history and ensure exam accuracy.
• Administer contrast media under Radiologist's direction.
• Document patient and study information accurately.

Skills

Knowledge of cross sectional anatomy and basic radiation safety

Competent in IV and venipuncture

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently

Intermediate computer skills

Education

Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology
