Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized program in radiological technology.
• Certification by ARRT required.
• MRT certification by the state Medical Board is mandatory.
• Experience in advanced venipuncture is necessary.
• Strong communication and patient care skills are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily check-ups and quality control on CT scanners.
• Review requisitions and prepare patients for exams.
• Administer oral and IV contrast; explain benefits and risks.
• Position patients and monitor them while scanning.
• Verify successful image transmission to PACS after examinations.
