Job summary

East Georgia Regional Medical Center is hiring a CT Technologist I to operate CT equipment, position patients, and ensure safety during imaging procedures. You will collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnostic results while maintaining patient comfort.

The role requires working the mid shift (11 am–11 pm) on a full-time basis with a sign-on bonus and competitive benefits. Prior CT experience in acute care is preferred and licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical experience from an accredited radiologic sciences program is required.
• 2-4 years CT Technologist experience in acute care preferred.
• Candidates must be licensed radiologic technologists where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images per protocols.
• Position patients and prepare for CT procedures with comfort and safety.
• Verify orders, screen for contraindications, and document results.
• Monitor and administer contrast media following safety protocols.
